Treatments start during the January-February months and end during November & December. The timing of applications is based on climatic conditions such as rain, wind, and temperatures.

 

Early Winter: An application of pre-emergent to prevent and control annual summer weeds and treat broadleaf weeds.

Winter: A second  application of pre-emergent to prevent and control annual summer weeds and treat  broadleaf weeds.

Early Spring: An application of fertilization to feed the turf and awaken from dormancy and treat broadleaf weeds.

Spring: A granular application of a slow release fertilizer and a liquid spot treatment for grassy and broadleaf weeds.

Early Summer: A granular application of a slow release fertilizer and a liquid spot treatment for grassy and broadleaf weeds.

Summer: A granular application of a slow release fertilizer and a liquid spot treatment for grassy and broadleaf weeds.

Early Fall: An application of of pre-emergent to prevent and control winter annual weeds and treat broadleaf weeds.

Fall: A second application of of pre-emergent to prevent and control winter annual weeds and treat broadleaf weeds.
